《2014-2015中國反商業賄賂調研報告》填補了中國此前尚無針對反商業賄賂合規的實證調研分析的空白。它詳實的揭示出,商業賄賂敗壞社會風氣,破壞市場秩序,成為滋生腐敗行為和經濟犯罪的溫床。商業賄賂滋生蔓延的原因一一既有經營思想上的偏差和監管不嚴的問題,也有法制不健全、懲治不力的問題。在‘2014中國公司法務年會’上正式發佈的《2014-2015中國反商業賄賂調研報告》(下稱《報告》),填補了中國此前尚無針對反商業賄賂合規的實證調研分析的空白。《報告》顯示,目前國企、民企面臨著比外企更高的商業賄賂風險;而食品、房地產與建築等行業風險最高。
The 2014-2015 Report on China’s Anti-Commercial Bribery filled in the gap that China did not have any empirical research on anti-business bribery compliance. It reveals in detail that commercial bribery corrupts social norms and undermines market order and becomes a breeding ground for corrupt practices and economic crimes. The reasons for the spread of commercial bribery include not only the deviation of business ideas and the lax supervision but also the problem of the imperfect legal system and ineffective punishment. The 2014-2015 China Anti-Commercial Bribery Investigation Report (“Report”), which was officially released at the Annual General Meeting 2014 of the Chinese Companies, filled in the gap that China did not have any empirical research on anti-commercial bribery compliance. . The report shows that at present, state-owned enterprises and private-owned enterprises are facing higher risks of commercial bribery than foreign ones. However, the risks are highest in industries such as food, real estate and construction.
