中国投资学会、新疆维吾尔自治区投资学会于9月3日至6日在乌鲁木齐联合召开了《投资效益问题研讨会》。来自全国各省、市、自治区银行、财政厅(局)、计委、大专院校的专家、学者、基层银行的实际工作者和特邀代表共80多人出席了研讨会。会议期间,代表们就改革开放以来投资效益状况和如何提高投资效益问题进行热烈的讨论,提出了许多改进意见和建议。
Investment Society of China, Xinjiang Uyghur Autonomous Region Investment Society held a seminar on investment benefits in Urumqi from September 3 to 6. More than 80 experts, academics, grass-roots bank practitioners and specially invited representatives from banks, finance offices (offices), planning commissions and tertiary institutions in all provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions attended the seminar. During the meeting, delegates held heated discussions on the status of investment returns and how to increase investment returns since the reform and opening up and put forward many improvements and suggestions.
