综述了目前激光熔覆及等离子熔覆制备涂层复合材料的方法,并对其研究现状及发展前景进行了阐述。指出了激光熔覆及等离子熔覆各自的优缺点,提出了不同材料较厚板材之间熔覆的新工艺,并对其所得的该复合材料的组织及力学性能进行了探讨。
The current methods of laser cladding and plasma cladding coating composite materials are summarized, and the research status and development prospects are also described. The advantages and disadvantages of laser cladding and plasma cladding are pointed out respectively. A new technique of cladding between thick plates of different materials is proposed. The microstructure and mechanical properties of the obtained composite are discussed.
