Arthur L. Kopit (1937-) “Indians” (Indians 1968) was staged in London and achieved great success. The Times commented: “The characters in the conquest of the west show that the so-called legendary deeds of the so-called Western heroes have turned out to be deceptive gossip. This is the United States came into being in the 1960s One of the works. ”After ten years, this script has become recognized as a good repertoire, which can be passed on to future generations. During the turbulent 1960s in the United States, Copit opened the page of dark cruelty in American history and raised the question to the American people: Can violence conquest be justified! Can the deceitful rule win the trust of the people? At that time, although there was a realistic significance in the war of aggression, even if there is a hegemonic rampage today, it is of no help revisiting the history of the bloodshed and tears of the Indians. After the present situation, but also still as the past. A closer look at this book, I think it is indeed a good historical drama.
