从成年犬股动脉内抽取动脉血.在常温下静置2~4h凝固后切成模拟自体血栓.采用Seldinger’s法将导管经犬股动脉插入其推动脉或颈总动脉.将自体血栓经导管推注入脑动脉.点片证实脑动脉分支被栓后1/2h至8h末.再经导管分别灌注蝮蛇抗栓酶—3(Svate—3)或尿激酶(UK)后.分次观察溶栓效果.证实Svate—3能溶解6h以内的栓子.而UK只能溶解5h以内的栓子.
Arterial blood was drawn from the adult canine femoral artery and allowed to stand at room temperature for 2 to 4 hours before being resected to simulate autologous thrombus.The catheter was inserted into the artery or common carotid artery via the canine femoral artery using Seldinger’s method.The autologous thrombus was catheterized Injected into the cerebral arteries.It was confirmed by dot film that the branch of cerebral artery was ligated for 1 / 2h to 8h.After catheterization, the vasopressin-3 (Svate-3) or urokinase (UK) The results confirmed that Svate-3 can dissolve within 6h of emboli, while UK can only dissolve within 5h of emboli.
