离心式压缩机制造发展的主要任务之一是制造流量小的高压压缩机,用以压缩各种物理性质不同的气体。降低离心式压缩机排气量可用减小通流部份宽度的方法来实现〔1~4〕。 在高M数时,级的相对宽度对离心式压缩机特性的影响在很大程度上取决于叶轮的结构参数,而在这些参数中又首先取决于叶片的出口角β_2。因此,对不同宽度的泵式叶轮(β_2=15°)和径向叶轮(β_2= 90°)级进行了试验。级的通流部份的示意图和试验研究的方法在文献5、6中已有所阐明。表1列出了被试叶轮
One of the main tasks in the development of centrifugal compressor manufacturing is to manufacture high-pressure compressors with small flow rates for compressing gases of various physical properties. Reduce the centrifugal compressor displacement can be used to reduce the width of the flow passage way to achieve 〔1 ~ 4〕. At high M-numbers, the effect of the relative width of the stage on centrifugal compressor characteristics depends to a large extent on the structural parameters of the impeller, which in turn depends first on the exit angle β_2 of the blade. Therefore, different sizes of pump impeller (β_2 = 15 °) and radial impeller (β_2 = 90 °) level were tested.
