“得人心者得天下”,是古今中外成功政治家的共识,可对于如何才能“得人心”,却是见仁见智,招数各异。有的施以小恩小惠,有的许以高官厚禄,有的假以兄弟朋党……凡此种种,虽能博取一些急功近利者的信任,但却无法赢得才高德厚者之心。那么,领导者究竟靠什么才能光明正大地赢得人心呢? 一靠切实的目标。设定工作目标时,要充分考虑被领导者的思想、生活和工作实际,看看他们在想什么,关注什么。古人讲
