PVDF/PEA共混物熔融后在冰水中淬火或自然冷却,制得两种不同结晶度的试样,经电子束辐照后,用示差热分析等方法研究它们的熔融与结晶行为。结果表明,自然冷却试样的熔点Tm和结晶温度Tc随辐照剂量的增加而降低,而熔融热焓ΔHf、结晶度Xc和结晶热焓ΔHc随辐照剂量的增加先增加后降低。同一试样的两次升温和降温DSC结果表明,Tc和ΔHc不变,而Tm、ΔHf和Xc都降低;经冰水淬火试样的熔融峰随辐照剂量的增大而逐渐发生熔融峰分裂。
PVDF / PEA blends were melted and then quenched in ice water or naturally cooled to prepare two samples of different crystallinity. After the electron beam irradiation, the melting and crystallization behaviors of the PVDF / PEA blends were studied by differential thermal analysis. The results show that the melting point Tm and the crystallization temperature Tc of the naturally cooled sample decrease with the increase of irradiation dose, while the enthalpy of fusion ΔHf, the crystallinity Xc and the enthalpy of crystallization ΔHc first increase and then decrease with the increase of irradiation dose. The results of DSC and DSC showed that Tc and ΔHc did not change while Tm, ΔHf and Xc decreased. The melting peak of the sample hardened by ice-water quenched gradually with the increase of irradiation dose .
