保安是一项新兴行业。在队伍建设的实践中,面临着三个矛盾:队伍发展快与缺乏懂管理的干部的矛盾;队伍发展快与素质不高的矛盾;队伍发展快与优质服务的矛盾。
Security is a new industry. In the practice of team building, we are confronted with three contradictions: the rapid development of the contingent and the lack of a cadre who understands the management; the contradiction between rapid development and low quality of the contingent; and the rapid development of the contingent and the excellent service.
