目的观察食用海洋鱼骨胶原低聚肽营养制剂对骨质疏松患者的营养干预效果,并对其作用机制进行初步探讨。方法选择原发性骨质疏松患者共45例,随机分为海洋鱼骨胶原低聚肽营养制剂组(A组)、乳清蛋白营养制剂组(B组)和膳食对照组(C组)。分别于试验第1天和第30天测定血清骨碱性磷酸酶(B-ALP)、血清Ⅰ型胶原C-末端肽(CTX),并观察疼痛感、睡眠、四肢活动障碍等感受指标。结果 A、B两组试验结束后B-ALP均升高(P<0.05),CTX均下降,其中A组(P<0.05),B组(P>0.05),C组无变化;A、B、C3组疗效差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论海洋鱼骨胶原低聚肽作为营养制剂食用对患者的骨质疏松状况具有改善作用。
Objective To observe the nutritional intervention effect of marine fish collagen oligopeptide nutritional preparations on patients with osteoporosis and to explore its mechanism of action. Methods A total of 45 patients with primary osteoporosis were selected and randomly divided into marine fish collagen oligopeptide nutritional group (group A), whey protein nutritional preparation group (group B) and dietary control group (group C). Serum bone alkaline phosphatase (B-ALP) and serum type I collagen C-terminal peptide (CTX) were measured on the 1st day and the 30th day of the experiment, and the sensory indexes such as pain, sleep, limb movement disorders were observed. Results The levels of B-ALP in group A and group B were significantly higher than those in group B (P <0.05), and the levels of CTX were decreased in group A and group B (P <0.05) , The difference between the three groups was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Marine fish collagen oligopeptide as a nutritional supplement for patients with osteoporosis has an improved role.
