目的了解医疗卫生机构消毒灭菌工作质量,加强医疗消毒与感染控制管理工作。方法通过对滨州市滨城区各级医疗卫生机构2009—2011年消毒质量监测结果的分析,了解掌握医疗卫生机构在消毒工作中存在的问题。结果 2009—2011年共采集样品2 076份,总合格率为92.44%;2009—2011年合格率分别为90.88%、92.17%、93.91%。不同项目检测合格率由高到低依次为使用中消毒剂(100%)、灭菌物品(97.96%)、医护人员手(92.35%)、物体表面(91.81%)、室内空气(88.47%)。结论滨城区医疗卫生机构消毒工作质量还存在一些问题,需要采取进一步措施,加强监督和管理。
Objective To understand the quality of disinfection and sterilization in medical and health institutions and to strengthen the management of medical disinfection and infection control. Methods Based on the analysis of the monitoring results of the disinfection quality of medical and health institutions at all levels in Binzhou from 2009 to 2011, understand the problems existing in the disinfection of medical and health institutions. Results A total of 2 076 samples were collected during 2009-2011, with a total pass rate of 92.44%. The pass rates in 2009-2011 were 90.88%, 92.17% and 93.91% respectively. The highest passing rate of different items was disinfectant in use (100%), sterilized articles (97.96%), medical staff hands (92.35%), surface of objects (91.81%) and indoor air (88.47%). Conclusion There are still some problems in the quality of disinfection work in medical institutions in Bincheng District, and further measures need to be taken to strengthen supervision and management.
