近年来,许多妇产科医生开始用腹腔镜手术或配合丹那唑治疗子宫内膜异位症。自1986年1月～1990年12月,在北卡罗来纳州 Wake Forest 大学医学中心,共用腹腔镜治疗124例子宫内膜异位囊肿患者,年龄20～43岁。子宫内膜异位囊肿直径1～9cm。分期为中和重度。腹腔镜手术分四种:A 组,行子宫内膜异位囊肿切除术,于每个月的第一周内进行,共26例;B 组,行囊肿抽吸、冲洗和囊壁切除术,于每个月第二周内进行,共24例;C 组,行囊肿抽吸后以 CO_2激光气化囊壁,在每个月第三
