Ⅰ对为满足国Ⅱ和国Ⅲ排放标准而采用不同配置的某款装载机动力舱的空气流场特性进行研究,利用UG建立冷却风扇风室模型,并采用FLUENT分别对两种散热模块进行仿真,分析散热模块的阻力特性和散热特性。研究表明:相比国Ⅱ排放标准,满足国Ⅲ排放标准的装载机冷却液散热器压降和系统总压降分别降低12.65%和14.49%,液压油温降增加3.82℃,冷却液和传动油温降分别减少0.65℃和4.67℃,空气流速不均匀系数有所减小,冷却液散热器入口表面高温区域较小。
