目的 分析新疆维族和汉族健康人腰椎松质骨密度变化 ,为骨质疏松的防治提供有用的线索。方法 维族男 1 0 4人 ,女85人 ,汉族男 2 30人 ,女 1 82人 ,年龄 2 0~ 69岁 ,分 5个年龄组。采用Cann-Genant的方法自己制作人体骨模型计算松质骨密度。结果 ①维吾尔族骨密度与年龄明显负相关 (Ρ <0 .0 0 1 )。男、女两性相关系数分别为r=- 0 .42 ,r=- 0 .67。②维吾尔族随年龄增长女性骨密度的下降速度更快。③各年龄组之间维族、汉族男、女骨密度比较只在 30~ 39岁组中有显著性差异 (Ρ <0 .0 1 )。结论 维吾尔族人骨密度变化规律有类似汉族 ;维吾尔族人骨密度高于汉族人 ,30~ 39岁年龄段具有统计学的显著性差异 (Ρ <0 .0 1 )。
Objective To analyze the changes of lumbar spongy bone density in Uygur and Han nationality in Xinjiang, and provide useful clues for the prevention and treatment of osteoporosis. Methods A total of 104 Uygur men and 85 women were enrolled in this study. There were 230 Han nationality and 182 female population, ranging in age from 20 to 69 years old and divided into 5 age groups. Using Cann-Genant method to make human bone model to calculate cancellous bone density. Results ① Uigur bone mineral density and age were significantly negatively correlated (P <0. 001). Male and female gender correlation coefficients were r = - 0.42, r = - 0.67. ② Uighur women with increasing age decline in bone mineral density faster. (3) The BMD of Uygur and Han nationality among all age groups was significantly different only in 30-39 age group (P <0.01). Conclusions The BMD of Uighur people is similar to that of Han nationality. The BMD of Uyghur people is higher than that of Han people. There is a statistically significant difference between the ages of 30-39 (P <0.01).
