作物育种技术正在从经验科学向精确科学发展,育种家需要用性状表现型数据和基因型数据建立表现型和基因型之间的因果联系。作物性状表现型数据的获取已成为制约精确育种的首要障碍,急需创新突破。经过育种家与数据科学家及工程师的不懈努力,作物育种高通量数据采集技术逐步发展完善,使作物生长发育动态非破坏性数据采集成为可能,为精确育种的发展奠定了基础。
Crop breeding technology is moving from empirical science to accurate science, and breeders need to use causal and genotypic data to establish the causal link between phenotypes and genotypes. Acquisition of phenotypic data of crop traits has become the primary obstacle restricting accurate breeding, which urgently needs innovation breakthrough. Through the unremitting efforts of breeders and data scientists and engineers, high-throughput data collection techniques for crop breeding have been gradually developed and perfected, making dynamic non-destructive data collection of crop growth and development possible, laying the foundation for the development of accurate breeding.
