在国民经济快速发展的大背景下,国家对中小学校的投入逐步增加,使得其办学条件和所拥有的国有资产迅速增长,但是在使用和管理这些国有资产的过程中却存在诸多问题。本文基于这样的情况,指出了其中存在的主要问题,并试提出了完善对策,希冀为有效解决中小学校国有资产管理问题提供参考。
Under the background of the rapid development of the national economy, the state has gradually increased its investment in primary and secondary schools, making its conditions for running schools and its state-owned assets rapidly increasing. However, there are still many problems in the process of using and managing these state-owned assets. Based on this situation, this article points out the main problems and tries to put forward a perfect countermeasure in the hope of providing reference for effectively solving the problems of state-owned assets management in primary and secondary schools.
