回首一年多“构建高效课堂”的教学改革之路,那几百个日日夜夜的研究与探索、彷徨与苦闷、辛劳与收获,令我百感交集。当教学改革的浪潮涌来时,我有幸成了学校的第一批弄潮儿。置身于其中,一切都感到新鲜,同时又是无知得措手不及。面对这一全新的工作,我在压力与动力的促使下更加如饥似渴地学习。研读书籍、查寻资料。《新教育之梦》、《做最好的老师》、《名师课堂教学细节》、《班主任兵法》……一本本厚厚的书为我提供了灵感的源泉。
Looking back more than a year “building efficient classroom ” teaching reform, that hundreds of days and nights of research and exploration, Imitation and depression, hard work and harvest, so I mixed with mixed feelings. When the wave of teaching reform came in, I was fortunate to be the school’s first wave of beach-goers. Exposure to it, everything fresh, but at the same time ignorance was caught off guard. In the face of this new job, I am more hungry to learn under the pressure and motivation. Study books, search information. “The Dream of New Education,” “The Best Teacher,” “The Teacher’s Classroom Teaching Details,” and “The Class Leader’s Art of War.” A thick book provided me with a source of inspiration.
