2011年,石油和化工行业在实现“十二五”良好开局的同时,行业推进责任关怀取得重要进展。2012年是实施“十二五”规划承上启下的重要一年,进一步做好责任关怀工作,对行业加快调结构、转方式具有重要意义。特别是在资源环境约束日益强化、人们安全环保要求不断提高的情况下,实施责任关怀,有利于化工企业提升安全环保水平、树立良好社会形象、增强市场竞争力和可持续发展能力。
In 2011, while the oil and chemical industry has achieved a good start in the “12th Five-Year Plan”, the industry has made important progress in promoting responsible care. 2012 is an important year for carrying out the “Twelfth Five-Year Plan”, and to do a good job in caring for the people with responsibility and accelerating the adjustment of the structure and transformation of the industry is of great significance.
