黄河上游龙羊峡、李家峡、刘家峡梯级水电站短期(日)调度软件依据先进的计算机系统,及时采集传输系统的水情、气象、工情和电力信息,经过实时处理分析,制定和实施水电站水库运行调度方式,以获得尽可能大的经济效益和社会效益。其基本任务是在满足电网给定的梯级水电站日负荷和各项综合利用要求的条件下,按照梯级水电站总能量损失最小的优化准则,制定和实现梯级水电站最优日运行调度方式及相关厂内最优运行方式。根据实际调度资料仿真优化计算,其结果满足要求。
