再生资源产业链是否有足够的运行动力,是制约再生资源产业健康发展的瓶颈。本文通过分析我国再生资源产业链的构成和运行机制,认为目前我国资源再生产业运行的基本动力主要依靠企业内部成本外部化和牺牲劳动者的社会福利获得。必须改变目前这种不可持续的回收利用模式,通过寻求产业链运行的其他动力来源,实现我国资源再生产业的健康发展。
Whether the industrial chain of renewable resources has enough running power is a bottleneck restricting the healthy development of renewable resource industries. By analyzing the composition and operating mechanism of China’s renewable resource industry chain, this paper argues that the basic driving force of China’s resource recycling industry relies mainly on the internal cost internalization and the social welfare of laborers. We must change the current unsustainable mode of recycling and realize the healthy development of China’s resource recycling industry by seeking other sources of power for the operation of the industrial chain.
