近年来,我国煤矿产业蓬勃发展,矿井煤层的掘进也开始不断的深入,相应的围岩层坍塌事故也随之发展。不但阻碍煤矿作业的正常运行,造成巨大的经济损失,甚至直接威胁多数工人们的生命安全。所以必须采取相应的锚杆支护技术来稳固围岩层,而预应力锚杆支护技术就是一种非常有效的支护技术。本文针对煤矿预应力锚杆支护技术进行探讨,深入分析这项支护技术的影响因素和作用机理,以此来明确设计原则和预应力的取值范围,最终介绍其在实践中应用及未来的发展,为此简述以供参考。
In recent years, the booming coal industry in our country, the excavation of coal seam in coal mine has also started to deepen continuously, and the corresponding collapse of surrounding rock layers has also developed along with it. Not only hinder the normal operation of coal mines, causing huge economic losses, and even directly threaten the lives of most workers. So we must take the appropriate bolt support technology to stabilize the surrounding rock, and prestressed bolt support technology is a very effective support technology. In this paper, the prestressed anchor supporting technology in coal mines is discussed. The influencing factors and mechanism of this supporting technology are analyzed in order to clarify the principle of design and the scope of prestress. Finally, the application and future of the technology in practice are introduced The development of this brief description for reference.
