随着国内汽车工业的快速发展,汽车保有量大幅攀升,报废汽车数量也逐年上升。面对资源、能源和环境的压力,汽车供应链唯有积极应对并把握机遇。文章在阐述低碳价值链内涵与特征的基础上,深入探讨了汽车行业低碳价值链的主要构成环节,构筑了汽车供应链的立体化低碳路径体系。然后,从提高产品效率和性能、汽车零部件的再制造、有价值资源的再利用和减少汽车废弃物排放四个不同层面对该低碳路径体系展开分析,并讨论了低碳化路径涉及的不同汽车供应链环节和各参与主体之间的协作关系。
With the rapid development of the domestic automobile industry, the number of car ownership has risen sharply and the number of scrapped cars has also risen year by year. The face of the pressure of resources, energy and the environment, the automotive supply chain only actively respond and seize the opportunity. Based on the connotation and characteristics of the low carbon value chain, the article explores the main components of the low carbon value chain in the automotive industry and builds a three-dimensional low carbon path system for the automotive supply chain. The low-carbon path system was then analyzed at four different levels: improving product efficiency and performance, remanufacturing automotive components, reusing valuable resources, and reducing vehicle emissions, and discussed differences involved in low-carbon pathways Automotive supply chain and the collaboration between the various participants.
