观察恶性淋巴瘤中细胞凋亡与细胞增殖的特征,探讨其发生机制。用TUNEL法检测调亡细胞,观察其特征,以每平方毫米面积中的凋亡细胞数作为凋亡指数(apoptoticindex,AI);用枸椽酸-微波-ABC法检测PCNA表达并以PCNA阳性细胞百分率作为增殖指数(PCNAindex,PI)。结果:与反应性增生相比,在大多数淋巴瘤类型中AI显著减小,PI显著增大,而AI/PI在所有淋巴瘤类型中均显著减小。结论:所用检测方法客观而敏感;细胞凋亡减少是恶性淋巴瘤发生的重要原因,特别是小淋巴细胞性、滤泡性、弥漫小裂细胞性淋巴瘤发生的主要原因;AI/PI可能是诊断恶性淋巴瘤、评价其生物学行为的可靠参数。
To observe the characteristics of apoptosis and cell proliferation in malignant lymphoma and to explore its mechanism. The apoptotic cells were detected by TUNEL assay and the number of apoptotic cells per square millimeter was used as apoptotic index (AI). The expression of PCNA was detected by the method of citric acid-microwave-ABC and the expression of PCNA positive cells Percentage as a proliferation index (PCNAindex, PI). Results: Compared with reactive hyperplasia, AI was significantly reduced in most lymphoma types, PI was significantly increased, while AI / PI was significantly reduced in all lymphoma types. Conclusion: The detection methods used are objective and sensitive. The decrease of apoptosis is the important reason for the occurrence of malignant lymphoma, especially the small lymphocytic, follicular and diffuse small splenocytic lymphoma. AI / PI may be To diagnose malignant lymphoma and evaluate the reliable parameters of its biological behavior.
