This paper discusses a hybrid multiple access protocol for packet voice / data synthesis that is a mix of fixed and random access and gives voice packet prioritized transmission to ensure less loss of retransmitted voice packets Probability. In this paper, a detailed theoretical analysis is carried out, and the performance comparison characteristics are obtained. The results show that this is a good agreement that takes into account the voice / data synthesis and has some flexibility.
