班主任在小学教学中承担重要角色,管理班级中除了要确保学生学习状态和学习质量,更要帮助学生解决学习中遇到的各种困难以及思想情感等方面问题,因而就需要发挥语言艺术作用。科学合理的语言艺术能拉近教师和学生之间的距离,鼓励学生努力刻苦学习,提高学习效率。对此,本文则从无声语言、真诚语言以及批评性语言等分析小学班主任管理中的语言艺术策略,望给予班主任提供教学参考。
The teacher in charge of class plays an important role in the teaching of primary school.
