自2002年党的十六大报告首次明确提出要增强我国文化产业的整体实力和竞争力开始,我国连续12年出台关于发展文化产业、深化文化体制改革的政策纲领。中共十七届六中全会通过的《中共中央关于深化文化体制改革推动社会主义文化大发展大繁荣若干重大问题的决定》更是明确提出,要加快发展文化产业,推动文化产业成为国民经济支柱性产业。
Since the report of the 16th National Congress of the CPC made it clear for the first time in 2002 that starting with the enhancement of the overall strength and competitiveness of China’s cultural industry, China has promulgated for 12 consecutive years a policy guideline on developing cultural industries and deepening the reform of the cultural system. The “Decision of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China on Several Important Issues concerning Deepening the Great Development and Prosperity of Socialist Culture” Adopted by the 6th Plenary Session of the 17th Central Committee of the Chinese Communist Party makes it clear that it is necessary to speed up the development of the cultural industry and promote the cultural industry as the pillar of the national economy industry.
