冀北高原位于河北省的最北部,为内蒙古高原南缘的一部分,俗称坝上。地势由南向北倾斜,南部坝头一带,海拔在1,500米以上,最高峰丰宁县大滩附近的东猴顶,海拔为2,292米,中间分布许多著名的山口,相对高度在200米以上。康保北部为阴山余脉,海拔在1,200—1,500米之间,相对高度为100—200米,呈丘陵状态分布。中部是典型的高原地貌,海拔1,400米左右,相对高度多在50米以内,岗梁、湖淖、滩地相间分
Hebei Plateau is located in the northern part of Hebei Province, part of the southern edge of Inner Mongolia Plateau, commonly known as dam. The terrain is slanted from south to north.
