采用双盲自身对照的方法观察溴隐亭与安慰剂治疗迟发运动障碍的疗效.以AIMS为评定工具,对每对受试者用开放型序贯试验进行统计分析,结果显示溴隐亭治疗迟发运动障碍优于安慰剂,并未见严重不良反应.
Double-blind self-control method was used to observe the effect of bromocriptine and placebo in the treatment of delayed dyskinesia.Using AIMS as the assessment tool, each pair of subjects were statistically analyzed with open sequence test, and the results showed that bromocriptine treatment Late-onset dyskinesia was superior to placebo and no serious adverse reactions were seen.
