目的探讨比较超声引导下安珂微创旋切术与乳晕切口传统开放手术治疗乳腺良性肿瘤的临床效果。方法选取2013年3月至2015年3月间江苏省无锡市太湖医院收治的140例良性乳腺肿物患者,采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组70例。观察组患者行安珂微创旋切手术治疗,对照组患者行乳晕弧形切口切除手术治疗,观察和统计两组患者围手术期各项指标和手术后并发症发生情况。结果观察组患者围手术期观察指标和美容效果均明显优于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05),观察组患者术后并发症发生率与对照组患者相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论安珂旋切手术微创、美容效果显著,值得推广。
Objective To investigate the clinical effects of ultrasound-guided Anke Minimally Invasive Surgery and areola incision in the treatment of benign breast neoplasm. Methods A total of 140 patients with benign breast masses admitted to Taihu Hospital of Wuxi City, Jiangsu Province from March 2013 to March 2015 were randomly divided into observation group (n = 70) and control group (n = 70). Patients in the observation group were treated with Anke Minimally Invasive Revascularization. Patients in the control group underwent surgical resection of the areolar arcuate incision. Perioperative parameters and postoperative complications were observed and statistically analyzed. Results The perioperative observation index and cosmetic effect in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group (all P <0.05). The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group Statistical significance (P> 0.05). Conclusions Anke rotary cutting minimally invasive, cosmetic effect is significant, it is worth promoting.
