目的:探究分区责任制护理在急诊护理管理中的应用效果。方法:研究时间为2014年1月~2015年12月,自2015年1月起在丽水市人民医院急诊科实施分区责任制护理,通过分析急诊科护理工作特点,将分区责任制护理应用到整体的急诊科护理管理中,强调合理安排各病区护理资源、做好急诊分诊质量把关、规范急诊工作流程、关注每一位急诊候诊者、实施院前急救标准化管理等几个方面的工作内容,比较实施分区责任制护理前后急诊科的风险事件发生率、患者满意度及医生满意度。结果:实施分区责任制护理后,急诊科风险事件发生率从4.3%降为了0.6%,比较差异显著(P<0.05);实施分区责任制护理后,患者对就诊安排、护士接诊、就诊秩序、输液巡视、用药指导的满意度较实施前均显著提升(P<0.05);实施分区责任制护理后医生对管理模式的满意度从实施前的75.0%提升到了93.8%,比较差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:分区责任制护理应用于急诊护理管理能够有效的改善护理工作质量,减少风险事件的发生,全面提高了患者及医生的满意度。
Objective: To explore the application effect of zonal responsibility system nursing in emergency nursing management. Methods: The study period was from January 2014 to December 2015. Since January 2015, the district-level responsibility department has been implemented in the emergency department of Lishui People’s Hospital. By analyzing the characteristics of emergency department nursing work, the district responsibility system nursing has been applied to the whole Of the emergency department care management, emphasizing the rational allocation of ward resources, do a good job in the quality of emergency triage, standardized emergency workflow, attention to each emergency waiting, implementation of standardized management of hospital first aid and other aspects of the work The incidence of risk events, patient satisfaction and doctor satisfaction before and after the implementation of zonal responsibility system nursing were compared. Results: After the implementation of zonal responsibility system, the incidence of risk department in emergency department decreased from 4.3% to 0.6% (P <0.05). After the implementation of zonal responsibility system, the patients’ (P <0.05). After the implementation of the district responsibility system, the satisfaction of the doctors to the management mode increased from 75.0% before implementation to 93.8%, and the difference was significant (P <0.05) <0.05). Conclusion: The application of zonal responsibility system to emergency nursing management can effectively improve the quality of nursing work, reduce the incidence of risk events and improve patient and doctor satisfaction.
