蛋白质含量为衡量大、小麦品质的重要指标。1979年我们结合品种资源的收集整理,对我省大、小麦地方品种资源的粗蛋白质含量进行测定。目的是测知我省大、小麦地方品种资源的蛋白质含量及其特点,为生产上及大、小麦的品质育种上充分利用资源优势提供依据。一、材料和方法(1)材料:为我省现收集和保存的大、小麦地方品种共168份,其中大麦59份,小麦109份。(2)方法:①粗蛋白质含量的分析测
Protein content as a measure of large, an important indicator of the quality of wheat. In 1979, we combined with the collection and sorting of species and resources, and analyzed the crude protein content of the local and regional varieties of wheat in our province. The purpose is to detect the protein content and characteristics of local and regional varieties of wheat in our province and provide the basis for making full use of resources advantages in the production and breeding of large and wheat.
