以激光为背光的高速摄影是研究焊按电弧物理的一种新的有效的测试技术。本研究建立了一套直线式以激光为背光的高速摄影装置。阐明了它的工作原理和构造。实验证明,本装置具有多方面的显示能力,能清晰地显示焊接电弧和熔滴过渡,可拍摄到直径约1/10毫米的飞溅微粒,对显示非均一的气流流态和内部射流特别有效,此外,它具有结构简单、调整容易、使用方便、成本较低等优点。本装置适用于焊接电弧物理研究及其他类似过程的研究。
Laser-backlit high-speed photography is a new and effective test technique for studying arc welding physics. This study established a set of linear high-speed photographic equipment with laser as backlight. Clarified its working principle and structure. Experiments show that the device has a wide range of display capabilities, can clearly show the welding arc and droplet transfer, can shoot up to about 1/10 mm in diameter of the splash particles, the display of non-uniform airflow and internal jet flow is particularly effective, In addition, it has the advantages of simple structure, easy adjustment, convenient use and low cost. The device is suitable for welding arc physics research and other similar processes.
