目的:探讨人工肝血浆置换术治疗重症肝炎的护理要点,为临床工作提供参考。方法:对我科15例进行人工肝血浆置换术治疗的重症肝炎患者护理总结。结果:人工肝血浆置换术治疗的15例重症肝炎患者,7例治愈,6例好转,1例主动出院,1例病重死亡。结论:人工肝血浆置换术的治疗过程中,术前的充分准备、术中的熟练操作以及术后的精心护理是治疗成功的关键[1]。
Objective: To discuss the nursing points of artificial liver plasma exchange in the treatment of severe hepatitis and provide reference for clinical work. Methods: 15 cases of our department for artificial liver replacement therapy in patients with severe hepatitis nursing summary. Results: Fifteen patients with severe hepatitis treated with artificial liver replacement were cured. Seven patients were cured, six were improved, one was discharged spontaneously and one was seriously ill. Conclusion: During the treatment of artificial liver plasmapheresis, adequate preoperative preparation, intraoperative proficiency and careful postoperative care are the keys to successful treatment [1].
