企业资源计划ERP作为一种管理工具,可以提高企业管理水平,增强企业在经济全球化中的竞争力。ERP在我国企业中的运用并不理想。本文深入剖析了ERP在我国企业应用中存在的问题,而这些问题往往是导致企业实施ERP失败的原因。指出问题的关键是对ERP本质认识不足,企业上下对其不够重视,认为购买了软件就可以改善企业的管理现状和企业现有生产,另外有业务管理流程与ERP思想的不相容等原因。因此,提出解决方案的建议:一是要企业彻底转变思想,提高对ERP管理思想的认识和重视,主要加强高层领导人的领导力和全体人员教育培训的力度,并在此基础上组织企业进行业务流程重组,才能充分发挥ERP的管理效益。

Therefore, put forward solutions to the proposal: First, enterprises must completely change their thinking and improve their understanding of ERP management thinking and attention, mainly to strengthen the leadership of senior leaders and all staff training and education, and on the basis of the organization of enterprises Business process reengineering, can give full play to ERP management efficiency.
