目的探讨应用CT诊断方法对于小儿支气管异物的临床价值。方法选择2014年6月到2015年6月对88例小儿支气管异物的小儿患者,所有的孩子都使用x射线以及螺旋CT扫描进行诊断,分析了两种不同方法的诊断准确性。结果88例儿童患者在CT检查中,小儿支气管异物检出率为98%;x射线诊断小儿支气管异物检出率为84%,对两种方法进行比较,P<0.05,具有明显统计学差异性。结论使用螺旋CT对儿童的小儿支气管异物进行诊断,其分辨率高,同时可以更明显的显示异物形状、位置等,精度更高,应该建议为首先检查诊断的方法。
Objective To investigate the clinical value of CT diagnosis in pediatric bronchial foreign body. METHODS: Totally 88 pediatric patients with pediatric bronchial foreign bodies were selected from June 2014 to June 2015. All children were diagnosed using x-ray and spiral CT scans. The diagnostic accuracy of the two different methods was analyzed. Results In 88 cases of children, the detection rate of bronchial foreign body in children was 98% in CT examination. The detection rate of bronchial foreign body in children with x-ray diagnosis was 84%. There was significant difference between the two methods (P <0.05) . Conclusion The diagnosis of pediatric bronchial foreign bodies using spiral CT is high, and the shape and location of the foreign body can be more clearly displayed with higher accuracy. Therefore, it is suggested that the diagnostic method be used first.
