日前,省委宣传部下发了[1999]3号文件,就召开《市场经济导报》理事会暨大中型企业发展战略研讨会事宜通知如下: 为了更好地发挥市场经济导报理事会的作用,经研究定于1999年4月召开理事会第三次年会,并同时召开大中型企业发展战略研讨会。会议的主要议程有五项: 一、审议理事会工作报告; 二、讨论吸纳新的理事会成员; 三、围绕建立现代企业制度和国有企业面向21世纪发展战略等有关问题,邀请全国著名专家、学者作系列专题报告; 四、召开大中型企业发展战略研讨会;
