干旱胁迫对4种湿地植物生理特性的影响

以再力花、紫芋、海寿花、黄菖蒲4种湿地植物为试验材料,测定其在不同干旱胁迫条件下的相关生理生化指标,研究表明:干旱胁迫下,4种湿地植物的叶片脯氨酸、丙二醛和可溶性糖含量显著升高,超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和过氧化物酶(POD)活性随着胁迫时间的延长表现出先升高后降低的趋势;叶绿素含量、细胞膜透性随胁迫加重而呈逐渐降低趋势。综合各生理指标,4种湿地植物的抗旱性由强到弱为再力花、紫芋、黄菖蒲、海寿花。
