随着人民监督员制度试点工作的推进,作为人民监督员制度核心问题的人民监督员选任和管理模式,成为日益关注和重点研究的对象。本文拟对人民监督员由谁来选任以及如何具体运行进行粗浅分析,以探寻较优化的人民监督员选任管理模式。
