随机选择本校大学生60人,分试验、对照两组,试验前对两组进行两次,共计十天的营养膳食调查,发现学生缺乏维生素A、B_2,蛋白质和热量供给不足。让试验组连续三个月食用营养配餐,调整膳食结构。结果表明:试验组膳食中各种营养素均达到或超过供给量标准,蛋白质在质上是良好的;热能来源分配合理;体格检查阳性四项五人体征消失,暗适应能力均低于25秒,硫胺素、核黄素、抗坏血酸负荷实验及血红蛋白、血浆总蛋白均属正常。
A total of 60 college students were randomly selected and divided into two groups. Before the experiment, the two groups were surveyed twice for a total of ten days. The results showed that the students lacked vitamin A, B 2, lack of protein and calories. The experimental group for three months in a row eating nutritious meals, adjust the diet. The results showed that all the nutrients in the diet of the experimental group met or exceeded the standard of supply, the quality of the protein was good, the distribution of the heat source was reasonable, the physical signs of the four positive five persons disappeared, the dark adaptability was less than 25 seconds, Thiamine, riboflavin, ascorbic acid load test and hemoglobin, plasma total protein are normal.
