创新是提升技术效率和引领经济发展新常态的关键驱动。本文基于创新效率视角,采用贝叶斯模型平均方法 (BMA),使用2007—2013年江苏省制造业上市公司相关数据,从企业微观层面对影响技术创新因素的有效性和稳健性进行了识别检验。研究表明:企业管理费用、资本密集程度、企业规模、资本结构、高管年龄、董事会规模、税费返还、高管薪酬八项指标是影响企业技术创新的关键因素;识别关键因素并厘清关键影响因素与企业技术创新的作用机理,因地制宜才能获得最佳的经济效益和社会效益,切实提高企业技术创新能力,助力经济发展新常态。
Innovation is the key driver for upgrading technical efficiency and for leading the new normal of economic development. Based on the perspective of innovation efficiency, Bayesian Model Average Method (BMA) was used to identify the validity and robustness of technological innovation factors from the micro-level of the enterprise using the data of manufacturing listed companies in Jiangsu Province during 2007-2013. . The research shows that the eight indicators of enterprise management cost, capital intensity, firm size, capital structure, senior management age, board size, tax return and executive compensation are the key factors affecting the technological innovation of enterprises. Identifying the key factors and clarifying the key influence Factors and the mechanism of technological innovation of enterprises, according to local conditions in order to obtain the best economic and social benefits, and effectively improve the technological innovation capability of enterprises and help the economy develop a new normal.
