目的了解广州市中学生网络成瘾等健康危险行为的现状与特点,为学校开展健康教育、预防青少年网络成瘾提供依据。方法抽取广州市9所中学和4所中等职业学校共2921名中学生,采用“中国青少年健康相关行为调查问卷”进行调查。结果接受调查的中学生有67.7%上过网;10.24%的学生在过去7d内每天上网的时间达到或超过4h;上网内容以娱乐、聊天、查阅学习资料、玩游戏为主;不同性别、年级、家庭结构学生网络成瘾报告率差异均有统计学意义,男生高于女生,高中和职中学生高于初中生,长期与双亲不同住学生高于与父母同住学生。结论应加强对网络成瘾学生日常行为的教育和指导,共同创建有利于中学生健康成长的良好环境,降低学生网络成瘾的发生率。
Objective To understand the status quo and characteristics of health risk behaviors such as internet addiction among middle school students in Guangzhou and provide the basis for health education in schools and prevention of adolescent Internet addiction. Methods A total of 2921 secondary school students from 9 secondary schools and 4 secondary vocational schools in Guangzhou were selected and investigated using the questionnaire “Health Behavior of Chinese Adolescents”. RESULTS: 67.7% of the middle school students surveyed went online; 10.24% of the students spent more than 4 hours online each day in the past 7 days; the contents of the Internet mainly include entertainment, chatting, learning materials and games; the sexes, grade, There were significant differences in reported rates of Internet addiction among students with family structure. The male students were higher than the female students, the middle and high school students were higher than the junior high students, and the long-term and the non-parents were higher than those who lived with their parents. Conclusion It is necessary to strengthen the education and guidance on the daily behavior of Internet addiction students and jointly create a good environment conducive to the healthy growth of secondary school students and reduce the incidence of Internet addiction among students.
