当前,小学生普遍存在着自我责任心较弱、集体责任感不足等责任感缺失的不良现象,而小学阶段正是培养个体责任感的关键时期,有助于促进小学生的身心全面发展、进而提升道德素质。学校、家庭、教师以及学生个体要立足实际,形成合力,构建完善的目标体系、拓宽教育实施途径、营造积极的环境氛围,强化责任教育。
At present, primary school students generally have the negative phenomenon of lack of responsibility, such as weak sense of responsibility and lack of collective responsibility. Primary school stage is the key period for cultivating individual responsibility and helps promote the comprehensive development of primary and secondary school students’ mind and body, thereby enhancing the moral quality. Schools, families, teachers and individual students should base themselves on reality to form a concerted effort to establish a sound system of goals, broaden the channels for implementing education, create a positive environment and strengthen responsible education.
