国际经济技术合作与交流活动的内容和形式是多种多样的,多种形式及内容的经济技术合作与交流活动,除了具备一些普遍存在的共性特征之外,又大都具备其各自独有的特点及要求。所以,用以反映和规范各种经济技术合作与交流活动的各种涉外经济合同,一方面具有一些共同的经济属性和法律属性;另一方面,又各有其独特的经济属性和法律属性。 根据涉外经济合同所反映和规范的涉外经济活动的经济内容和经济性质的不同,可以把涉外经济合同分为如下三种主要类型:
