随着社会的快速发展,企业在招聘人才的过程中更加注重的是个人能力的发挥,那么在传统的汉语言文专业上培养应用型人才就自然而然的成为炙手可热的发展目标。只有把自己所学的专业性知识合理的运用到各个方面,总结出适合自己发展的道路,才能在竞争中成为佼佼者,获得成功。本文主要是针对汉语言文学专业上培养应用型人才的基本思路进行全面的分析研究,从而提出相对应的策略,去探索培养应用型实践人才的新途径。
With the rapid development of society, enterprises pay more attention to personal ability in the process of recruiting talents, so it is natural to train applied talents in the traditional Chinese language and literature major. Only by using the professional knowledge we learned reasonably in all aspects and summing up the path suitable for our own development can we become a leader in the competition and succeed. This article mainly analyzes and studies the basic train of thought on cultivating applied talents on Chinese language and literature, and puts forward corresponding strategies to explore new ways to cultivate applied practical talents.
