审读文艺作品的特点图书原稿是有由一定词汇和语法构成的特殊语言文字系统,但由于其代表的现实和所包容的信息在性质上不同而可分为两大类。第一类所代表的现实,是对某种事物客观发展规律的抽象概括,所包容的主要是科学的信息,这一类就是自然科学或社会科学的书稿;第二类语言文字所代表的现实则是一种形象的,鲜明可感的生活图画,它所包容的主要是艺术的信息,这类就是文艺书稿。因为这两类书稿在基本性质上有质的区分,所以除了遵守一般的审读规律外,也具有各自不同的特点。 (一)作为审读对象的文艺作品的特征: 关于文艺作品的特征问题,主要是一个文艺理论命题,这里不拟过多重复,只想根据文艺编辑审读活动的需要,着重说一下如何从文艺作品整体和不同层次进行把握。文艺作品是一个有机整体,这是一个不辩自明的事实;因为一个完整的作品是一幅浓缩着现象与真理,具有自身生命力的生活图画。我国著名作家郁达夫曾说:“诗的内容和形式,分离不开,正如人的灵魂和肉体一样。”
