员工的待遇包含两个部分,物质待遇和精神待遇。在日常管理工作中管理者不仅要重视员工的物质待遇,同时还应提高精神待遇,尤其是提高知识型员工的精神待遇,这样才能更好地激励知识型员工,使其安心留在企业,为企业的发展而努力工作。本文论述了知识型员工的思想行为方式,提出了对知识型员工激励的设想。
