：笔者对60例炎症期拔牙患者随机分组，治疗组用三七总甙和甲硝唑局部用药，对照组按常规术后口服抗菌素，观察结果：治疗组有效率为96．7％，疗效满意。
: The author of 60 cases of patients with inflammatory tooth extraction were randomly divided into treatment group with Panax notoginsenoside and metronidazole topical, the control group according to conventional postoperative oral antibiotics, the observation results: the treatment group was 96.7% effective, with satisfactory results .
