目的分析2011─2013年甘肃省食源性疾病暴发事件发生的规律和流行特点,减少食源性疾病暴发事件的发生。方法对2011─2013年甘肃省食源性疾病暴发报告系统中所报告的食源性疾病暴发事件资料进行描述流行病学分析。结果甘肃省共报告食源性暴发事件81起,发病1 089例,死亡17例,病死率1.56%;报告事件多发生在第二、三季度,其中5月最多;中毒场所以家庭最多,占总报告起数的55.55%;微生物引起的食物中毒事件报告起数和发病人数均最多,分别占总数的45.68%和69.51%;化学性食物中毒引起的死亡人数最多,占总死亡人数的94.12%。结论甘肃省食源性疾病暴发事件的发生以细菌性为主,引起死亡的主要原因是误食农药、鼠药污染的食品;建议加强食源性疾病的健康教育及农药、鼠药的监管。
Objective To analyze the regularity and prevalence of foodborne disease outbreaks in Gansu from 2011 to 2013 and to reduce the occurrence of foodborne disease outbreaks. Methods Descriptive epidemiological analysis of foodborne disease outbreaks reported in the reporting system of foodborne illness outbreaks in Gansu from 2011 to 2013 was conducted. Results A total of 81 food-borne outbreaks were reported in Gansu Province, including 1 089 cases and 17 deaths, with a case-fatality rate of 1.56%. The reported cases occurred mostly in the second and third quarters, with the highest in May; Accounting for 55.55% of the total reports; the number and incidence of food poisoning incidents caused by microorganisms were the largest, accounting for 45.68% and 69.51% of the total respectively; the number of deaths caused by chemical food poisoning was the highest, accounting for 94.12% of the total deaths, . Conclusion The main cause of foodborne disease outbreak in Gansu Province is bacteria. The main cause of death is eating food contaminated by pesticides and rats. It is suggested to strengthen the health education of food-borne diseases and the supervision of pesticides and rat drugs.
