目的:观察复方黄芪当归汤对MS大鼠胰岛素抵抗的干预影响以及在降糖、降脂和降压方面的功效,论证其在诊治MS方面的药用价值。方法:制备大鼠代谢综合征模型,观察正常对照组、模型组、预防组、中药治疗组以及西药对照组,观察用药前后各组FBG、TC、TG、HDL-C、LDL-C、FINS以及HOMA-IR指标水平。结果:(1)干预4周后,除预防组外各组大鼠的体重、TC、TG、FINS值均较正常对照组明显增加,差异显著(P<0.05)。同时,与模型组比较,预防组的TG值显著降低(P<0.05)。(2)干预8周后,与模型组比较,预防组和中药治疗组的FBG、TC和TG值显著降低(P<0.05);西药组SBP降低显著,预防组和治疗组的SBP略有降低,差异不显著。此外,预防组的HOMA-IR水平较模型组显著降低。结论:(1)复方黄芪当归汤能降低MS大鼠FBG、FINS及HOMA-IR水平,具有降低血糖、降低血清胰岛素以及改善MS大鼠的胰岛素敏感性等作用,在一定程度上可防止MS发生。(2)复方黄芪当归汤可显著降低MS大鼠的TC和TG值,能改善MS大鼠的血脂水平。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the effect of compound astragalus and angelica decoction on insulin resistance in MS rats and its efficacy in hypoglycemic, lipid-lowering and antihypertensive efficacy, and to demonstrate its medicinal value in the diagnosis and treatment of MS. Methods: The model of metabolic syndrome in rats was prepared, and the levels of FBG, TC, TG, HDL-C, LDL-C and FINS were observed before and after treatment in normal control group, model group, prophylaxis group, TCM treatment group and western medicine control group HOMA-IR indicator level. Results: (1) The body weight, TC, TG and FINS of rats in each group except prophylaxis group were significantly higher than those in control group after 4 weeks of intervention (P <0.05). At the same time, compared with the model group, the TG value of the prevention group was significantly lower (P <0.05). (2) Compared with the model group, the FBG, TC and TG values of the preventive group and the traditional Chinese medicine group were significantly decreased (P <0.05) after 8 weeks of intervention. The SBP of the western medicine group was significantly decreased, while the SBP of the prophylaxis group and the treatment group was slightly lower ,The difference was not significant. In addition, HOMA-IR levels in the prophylaxis group were significantly lower than those in the model group. Conclusion: (1) Compound Astragalus angelica decoction can reduce the levels of FBG, FINS and HOMA-IR in MS rats, and has the effects of lowering blood glucose, lowering serum insulin and improving the insulin sensitivity of MS rats, to a certain extent, preventing the occurrence of MS . (2) Compound Astragalus angelica decoction can significantly reduce the TC and TG values of MS rats, and can improve the blood lipid level of MS rats.
