On October 24, 2016, the “Jiangxi Provincial Defense Science and Technology Industry Development Research Center” awarding ceremony jointly organized by Jiangxi Provincial Department of National Defense Science and Technology and Nanchang Aviation University was held at Nanchang Aviation University. Luo Shenglian, president of Nanchang University of Aeronautics and Astronautics, and Xiao Xiaohua, deputy director of the Provincial Department of National Defense Industry and Engineering, attended the ceremony and won the award at the “Jiangxi Defense Science and Technology Industry Development Research Center”. In order to implement the “Opinions on Strengthening the Construction of New Think Tanks with Chinese Characteristics” issued by the General Office of the CPC Central Committee and the General Office of the State Council, and give full play to universities and colleges.
